If you grew up hunting in Spink County, more than likely you got your little yellow hunter safety card from Bob Schutte. Bob was recently presented a plaque recognizing his 50 years of teaching hunting and firearm safety in South Dakota. He has volunteered his time to teach 111 classes for a total of 2385 students. He is now on his 3rd generation of hunters, including his own 3 children and a couple grandchildren.
