On Thursday, October 18th, the South Dakota Developmental Center hosted their annual Health and Wellness Fair. With vendors from nearly every corner of healthcare, the morning was bustling with fair attendees ready to fill their bags with free knick knacks. Although the stream of visitors slowed down by early afternoon, people continued to arrive. The fair had a treasure hunt theme this year complete with pirates, skeletons and island palm tree decorations.
