One lucky person has won a new car. A 2024 Ford Mustang Eco Boost, supplied by Redfield Ford, was raffled off as part of a fundraiser for the Spink County Daycare project.
Kirk Whitley of Redfield Ford commented on the company’s involvement in the fundraiser: “We want to help with anything we can help with in the community. Given the opportunity, we couldn’t pass it up.”
Tickets were raffled off for $100 per chance. Per social media, about 300 tickets were sold, raising $30,000 for Spink County Daycare. These businesses sold the tickets: American Legion, Redfield; Aberdeen Chrysler Center; Chrystal’s Bar; Doeden Investment Group; and Simply Charming.
The winner of the Mustang was Tyler Zirpel.
