Muellenberg purchases Main Street building, Simply Charming to stay in current location
By Shiloh Appel
The building located at 608 North Main Street in Redfield, formerly owned by Heidi Appel and currently housing Simply Charming Coffee Shop and Boutique, was bought by Jessica Muellenberg on Monday, November 4th for $60,000. Ben Meyer, owner of Ben Meyer Auction Service, LLC presided over the auction of the building, which began just after 2 p.m. on Monday. The building had many onlookers during the bidding process, but very few bidders. By 3p.m., the decision was made and Muellenberg began to sign the papers.
Muellenberg said she will let Simply Charming remain as a tenant in the building. Muellenberg is still undecided on any other future plans.
