Local Shop Spink Radiothon a hit, winners announced

The Shop Spink radiothon held on Monday, April 27th through Grow Spink and KQKD radio was a huge hit in Spink County. Through matching donations and calls from locals, $90,252 was raised for local businesses during the pandemic.
Each hour, the radiothon provided a special prize donated by local businesses for callers. Callers were put into a drawing to determine the winner of each prize. Following are the Shop Spink radiothon winners:
Winner of $50 in Redfield Bucks donated by Stuck on Scrapbooking: Larry Melbert.
Winner of 1 dozen donuts per month for one year donated by the Breadbox: Brenda Curtis.
Winner of 1 mini photo session donated by Appel of My Eye Photography: Jolene Rude.
Winner of a movie night gift basket donated by the Pheasant City Drive In: St. Bernard Catholic Church.
Winner of a Weber Grill donated by Hardware Hank: Clark Lunstrum.
Winner of a gift basket donated by Hype’s and Hers: Carol Rice.
Winner of a recliner donated by Mike’s Furniture: Alice Schieferl.
Grand Prize winner of $500 in Redfield bucks donated by the Redfield Chamber: Kelli Stroud.
