La Cabaña up and running once again

La Cabaña, the Mexican restaurant in Redfield, opened up again on Sunday, March 18th after being closed for three months. While closed, La Cabaña underwent a transfer in ownership as well as a remodeling process.
Manager Ernesto Garcia said that the restaurant was so busy on opening day that keeping up with orders was a challenge. Indeed, with the middle section removed from the restaurant, the dining area has transformed into a much larger room, able to seat more than 60 people. The remodeling process has also included new flooring, seating, tables and decor.
According to Garcia, the name will remain the same, but the La Cabaña menu has changed, offering a whole new array of foods, including seafood and vegetarian options.
Hours that the restaurant is open:
Sunday: 11a.m. to 9p.m.
Monday through Thursday: 11a.m. to 9:30p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 11a.m. to 10p.m.
