Richter, of Germany, once again stops in Redfield, as he did in 2018, on another coast to coast journey for children with rare diseases

Above, Jörg Richter with seven year old Emma Cozad in Arnold, Nebraska. Emma has Lymphatic Malformation, one of the rare diseases that Richter is biking across the country to raise awareness for. The focus of Jorg’s cross-country bike ride is to bring awareness to the Care-for-Rare Foundation, an organization for children with rare diseases. Richter, a retired firefighter, stayed at the Redfield fire house on Saturday, May 28th. Four years ago, he made the same coast- to coast trip and stopped in Redfield on his journey (above).
