Spink County Commissioners to work with SDDPS to possibly provide drivers’ licensing at Spink County Courthouse

During the Tuesday, September 24th, 2019 meeting of the Spink County commissioners, a motion was made by Suzanne Smith and seconded by Brett Knox to work with the South Dakota Department of Public Safety to provide drivers’ licensing in the Spink County Courthouse.
The decision to move forward with the idea was made after hearing a report by Sheriff Frank Krumm and Auditor Theresa Hodges on the numbers of driving tests, written tests, and renewals issued in 2016 and 2017 at Redfield’s former drivers’ licensing location.
